All sales on Merchandise and Gift Cards are final. We can only accept returns for a refund or an exchange for items that arrive damaged.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange you must email us within 3 days of receiving your package to alert us of the damage, and then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will offer an alternative or a refund for the full purchase of your item.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates for reasons relating to product stock or delays from the shipping carrier. If your order doesn’t arrive in time for a birthday, wedding anniversary or other special occasion, it cannot be returned.
Orders can be cancelled before they ship.
